RTI to Ministry of Civil Aviation on DigiYatra Foundation

The information being sought herein relates to the consortium Digi Yatra Foundation, a non-government company incorporated on 20 February, 2019 with CIN U63030DL2019NPL346327 for the creation of the Digi Yatra Central Platform pursuant to the Digi Yatra Policy announced by the Ministry of Civil Aviation on 04 October, 2018. Please provide information in response to the following queries:

1. Please provide information whether any legal opinion was sought with regard to the formation of the Digi Yatra Foundation. If yes, please provide copies of the same.

2. Please provide information with regard to the constitution of the consortium.

3. Please provide copies of tenders/e-tenders and other bid documents including request for proposals, request for quotations and work orders issued by the Digi Yatra Foundation with regard to the creation of the Digi Yatra Central Platform.

4. Please provide copies of bids and details of bidders received by the Digi Yatra Foundation in response to tenders/e-tenders issued.

5. Please provide copies of minutes of pre-bid conferences held by the Digi Yatra Foundation.

6. Please provide copies of minutes of any meeting/discussions/correspondences between the Digi Yatra Foundation and the prospective bidders on the implementation of this system.
